I live in Dubai. I explore how technology, design, space and human life come together to form a new reality. Building digital products with AI, design, visual art and real estate are, for me, parts of a single view of the world. I look at interfaces, homes and the future through the lens of taste, systems thinking and real family life in Dubai
A studio shoot for a project. Somehow, I ended up in front of the camera
On client calls, I nod, sketch, and quietly redesign half the product in my head. Edits? Bring them on. I’ll still add a little extra: “just enough” never feels like enough
Product design, MVPs and automation. What I can help you with and how to get started
Andrey Merjalilov and I are developing Founders Dubai Studio, from product problems and design to working versions. Here are the studio’s direction and the first websites you can already explore.
The Nevsky.ae terminal lets you search and read the same articles as the normal website. I explain the commands, the name changing across seven languages and the fixes needed for reading and resizing the window.
I’ve updated Yuri Nevsky’s section with published texts, covers, sources and translations into six languages. You can now read them in seven.
The story of Nevsky.ae: Ghost, EmDash and the move to files in Git. How one piece of content became the source for a normal article, search, AI chat and the terminal.
I switched nevsky.ae from Geist and Geist Mono to Medeo, an open type family by Timur Akhimov and dnf.dev. It combines a familiar foundation with reworked Cyrillic, careful spacing and support for ten languages. Here is a look at the choice, its creators and its three faces: Sans, Mono and Pixel.
Letterstep connects an explanation of a difficult letter with source quotations and an action plan. A Base44 prototype with prepared examples, FamilyCase, and clear limits on live AI.
Alistera Control: a system project that makes it possible to explain where information came from and how a new version differs from the previous one
On 19 October, the Founders & Investors Dubai website moved to the main domain. This case covers a new member’s path, meeting formats, and the shared platform’s separation from Studio.
Founders CRM connects a member’s profile, original application, history, and shared tasks. A member card and kanban board shown with demo data.
Modern Medicine: a multilingual website with an editorial system and a separate life for unfinished material
Alistera Game: my work on the technical platform, progress migration and development tools. Game concept and development by Andrey Merzhalilov.
CRM for Alistera: a space catalog, contracts, partial payments and financial history that a neat checkmark cannot fix
A WhatsApp CRM pilot for a manager: work conversations, contact profiles and limited message collection. Live connections and AI summaries are separate from the completed interface.
How F&I Studio gained its own address, then a shared editorial foundation with the club. First confirmed launch: 7 October 2026.
Three languages, a virtual tour and an enquiry form — built with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript
For a stand layout in Affinity, I prepared an AI image 3.7 metres wide at 150 PPI. This case covers local upscaling, an RGB TIFF and crops for print checks.
Player 09 is the website I built for my son’s ninth birthday: a game world, invitation, achievements, and photo archive. Original screens and the state after the event.
Telegram support for Developers Map: tickets, a Mini App and an architecture for retries, lost responses and several questions in one chat
My product concept for Developers Map: from a property map to a brief, a shortlist and a decision discussion. The original service is a third-party product; this case shows an audit and a separate prototype.
Two days of competition in Abu Dhabi: Kostya took bronze and 400 AED, Sanya won gold and 800 AED. Along the way, we finally nailed down our formula for surviving long tournament days without sitting around for hours inside Mubadala Arena.
The open Contra MCP Starter: connecting an AI client, OAuth and preparing profile changes before writing them. The toolkit was first released on 16 September 2026.
I designed and built the Pilates.me studio website in Framer. I show its visual structure and distinguish it from my later move to developing my own code with AI.
LiveDXB Analytics selects comparable transactions and calculates the result in code. AI commentary comes after the calculation; source data quality and methodology need separate checks.
A single-page React project with plain CSS: choosing complexity to fit the task

On Instagram: Dubai beyond the postcard — family, the city, discoveries and life between projects. On Threads: thinking out loud about design and AI. On YouTube: videos that need more room than a story. Follow me wherever you feel at home, and let’s keep in touch
