For PromEnergoPark, I built a page about an industrial site: location, infrastructure, terms, and contacting the team. The main content needed to be available immediately, without waiting for elaborate client-side animation.
I built PromEnergoPark’s single-page website with React and Vite. Styles use plain CSS with variables, without a separate component library or animation engine. A Cloudflare Worker serves the finished files.
The “PromEnergoPark — opening screen” view preserves the project’s actual materials and design.

Choosing React here does not mean every subsequent landing page must use React. It is how this particular project is built. More useful questions are how easily its sections can change and whether understanding it requires an archaeological expedition.
The “PromEnergoPark — inner section” view preserves the project’s actual materials and design.

Simplicity has a technical side
CSS variables keep colours, sizes, and repeated settings in one place. Components separate meaningful sections. Serving static files does not require spinning up a server application for every page view.
But a minimal set of libraries does not remove the usual work: checking mobile widths, contrast, line breaks, real images, and the route to contact. You can remove every dependency and still make an awkward website. Limiting tools is not user research.

Industrial subjects make it especially easy to get carried away with large typography and forget the content. Readers need specific properties of the offer. I retain the agreed project information rather than automatically adding invented capacities, tenants, or payback periods.
What AI speeds up
An agent can conveniently assemble sections, repeated states, and responsive adjustments. A person still has to decide what information supports the next action and whether the explanation has become advertising fog.
I like engineering work to end in something that feels natural. There is no need to demonstrate every technology we know. There is a project, a visitor, and a path between them.
The result is a single-page structure for introducing the site and leading to an enquiry. AI helped prepare and check the implementation; deciding the page’s content and visual presentation remained my work. I do not infer unverified growth in enquiries from the website’s existence.
