Founders Dubai Studio

Andrey Merjalilov and I are developing Founders Dubai Studio. The website calls it F&I Studio. It is a digital product studio that grew alongside the Founders & Investors Dubai community, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, and people who need to design, launch, or rebuild something in their business.

For me, this work coincided with a shift in my own practice. Previously, my main output was design: structure, scenarios, interfaces, and layouts for development. Now, with AI, I can go further: assemble a working version, check its behaviour, and deliver changes to a website or application.

From an idea to a version you can open

At the studio, we connect strategy, design, and development. We start with the task: who will use the product, what they need to do, and what constraints apply. Then we decide what belongs in the first working version and what can wait.

The studio has its own website. Below is its actual Russian version in a local demo, showing how we present our work and approach.

AI takes part in research, interface work, coding, and checks. People still make the product decisions. A working screen lets us discuss specifics: is the next step clear, is there enough data, what happens on an error? That check tells us more than another account of how everything is supposed to work.

What you can already explore

The community and studio have separate websites: Founders & Investors Dubai and F&I Studio. The first explains the community and how to join. The second describes the product problems you can bring to us and how we approach the work.

The Founders Dubai community website is developing alongside it. It is a separate public interface: the community and studio have different purposes, although their websites share a technical platform.

I wrote a separate case study for each website, with its build history, technologies, and launch dates. Here I want to keep a common entry point to my work with Andrey. As new projects appear, I will add links to concrete results.

For now, our work can be seen on two separate websites: the studio explains our product approach; the community explains meeting formats and participation. Each has its own implementation case study. This post remains the shared entry point and will connect the studio’s next projects.

If you have a task that needs to become a working digital product, the studio website explains our approach and how to get in touch.
