You can come to me with an idea to test, a web product that needs design and development, or a workflow that needs simplifying. We start by understanding the task and constraints, then agree on what we will do.
What we can build together
Product design and development
For teams building a new web product or improving an existing one. We examine user flows, set priorities, design the interface and build the agreed part of the product. You receive a working web interface, source code, agreed integrations and handover instructions. This suits ongoing work in sprints. Before each sprint we agree on scope, checks and support; infrastructure and third-party services are discussed separately.
Prototypes and MVPs
For testing a specific product hypothesis before committing to a larger build. We choose the audience and one core flow, define what to test and build the appropriate format: an interactive prototype or a small working MVP. You receive a flow to show users, a record of the assumptions tested and next steps. A prototype and an MVP have different scopes: we agree on the format, timeline and price after a short review. A full product and further development are separate discussions.
Workflow automation
For teams manually moving data, processing enquiries or connecting services. We examine one process, identify integration points and build the agreed workflow with checks and error handling. You receive working automation, an explanation of its logic and operating instructions. If AI is involved, we separately agree on data, limits and decisions that remain with a person. Paid APIs, subscriptions and ongoing support are not automatically included.
How we work through Contra
I manage design projects through Contra. It gives clients one place for agreements, deliverables, messages and payment history. We can discuss the task through your usual channel; the proposal and payment are handled on the platform. If you do not have an account yet, I will send an invitation.
First, we agree on the outcome
After our first conversation, I prepare a proposal: what we will do, what I will deliver, the cost and the timeline. Before starting, we agree on revisions, acceptance criteria and source-file handover. Contra supports its own contracts or an uploaded PDF; signatures are recorded electronically.
We divide the work into clear stages
For larger tasks, I suggest milestones: separately funded stages. For example, user flows and a prototype first, then the interface, followed by development and handover. This is an example; the actual stages depend on the project. Each stage is funded before work starts, reviewed and paid separately. We agree on additional work and add it as separate milestones.
What escrow protects
In an escrow project, the client deposits the agreed amount in advance. The platform holds it until funds are released under the project’s rules. I can see that the stage is funded, while the client checks the submitted work before payment is released. If we agree on a separate upfront payment, it may be released immediately; we discuss that before signing.
Acceptance requires a response
I submit the work for the stage; you review it and approve it or request revisions in Contra. Under the platform’s current terms, funds may be released automatically if the client neither accepts the work nor requests revisions within 120 hours of submission. It is therefore important to respond in the project, rather than leaving feedback only in an external messenger.
If we disagree
We first discuss which agreed requirement has not been met and how to address it. If necessary, either party can open a dispute on Contra, which helps the parties reach agreement. New projects support cancellation and allocation of escrow funds through procedures both parties must accept. Dispute assistance does not replace a court or arbitration decision and does not mean an automatic refund.
What a guarantee means here
A contract, a defined deliverable and escrow make the work verifiable and protect the payment process. I remain responsible for the quality of my work. Contra does not guarantee a product’s commercial success or a refund on any demand. Refunds and cancellations depend on the contract, payment status and dispute outcome; funds already released should not be treated as still held in escrow.
Why we set up a project
Contra also offers standalone invoices, payment links and recurring billing. These work differently: recurring invoices do not involve upfront escrow funding, and a standalone payment without an agreement does not receive the same dispute assistance. Before starting, we choose the right format, check the fees and agree on who pays them.
Fewer scattered agreements
I find it useful to have the contract, delivery and payments connected to one project. You can check what an amount covers, what has been accepted and which stage comes next. If the scope changes, we revisit the terms and agree on new work before starting it. This leaves us with a clear record of decisions to refer to.

The experience behind the work
I previously worked as a Senior Product Designer at Yango and Keytom. I now design and build products myself: interfaces, websites, internal tools and automation systems. I live in Dubai and work in Russian and English.
How to get started
Tell me who your product or process is for, what is not working and what outcome you need. If you have a website, prototype or short brief, include a link. That is enough for a first conversation; we will agree on scope, timelines and price after discussing the task.
My Contra profile
On Contra you can explore my case studies and service descriptions, then message me about your project. Below are links to my profile and the three ways we can work together.
