In a trading company, “delivery” describes a very specific event. Websites somehow get more latitude: show a design, get a working link, and we already say “launched”.
For Horizon, I prepared a new corporate version on React Router with server-side rendering. At the time of verification, the main horizonct.hk was still served by the old Tilda site. The new implementation exists separately. This text describes completed development, not a completed replacement of the main domain.

What sits behind the pages
React Router handles routes and HTML delivery, Vite the build, and TypeScript verifiable relationships in the code. Content is edited through Pages CMS. English, Russian and Arabic are part of the project structure, not an external translator pasted onto a single page.

The enquiry form has a Cloudflare backend, email delivery and Turnstile verification. Turnstile helps filter unwanted automated enquiries; it does not remove the handler’s obligation to validate data and report results correctly.

On a corporate site, that is meaningful interactivity. A video background can impress, but if an enquiry is lost, the impression becomes an expensive way to get nothing.
A preview gives time to see what is really there
A separate version lets you follow the whole journey: open pages in three languages, inspect long names, check contacts and compare content with the old site. Only then can switching the address, email and other dependencies be prepared separately.
I do not turn the presence of SEO files or llms.txt into a promise of search visibility. Machine-readable descriptions are useful as part of a carefully built site. They are not a ticket into search results or proof that AI services recommend the company.
This case records the prepared new version. Moving the main site is a separate stage, which cannot be inferred from a ready preview. The saved copy here is a fixed view showing the composition and content of the selected version.
