In a month I ran more than a billion tokens through Cursor. I unpack my usage, work out where the number comes from, and set down a working system: how to split tasks across sessions, when to open a new chat, and how to use Agent, Rules, Plan Mode and Subagents
Two days of competition in Abu Dhabi: Kostya took bronze and 400 AED, Sanya won gold and 800 AED. Along the way, we finally nailed down our formula for surviving long tournament days without sitting around for hours inside Mubadala Arena.

The calendar presented its bill: 6,574 days under a blinding sun and 43.2% of my life on this side of our wedding day. Through hot concrete and millions of erased minutes, one equation remained: 2 → 5
A Dubai mortgage is more than a down payment. I built a calculator that works out real cash required for the transaction, payments, DBR, DLD fees, bank valuation, returns and rent-versus-buy — in Russian, English and Arabic.
From rockets over Dubai and empty villas in Tilal Al Ghaf to a surname overheard by chance and a black-and-green office on the thirty-fifth floor of the Citadel. That is how, in the summer of 2026, I ended up at Nevsky Realty

For 1,360 days an old Arab villa in Umm Suqeim raised our children, let rain into the bedroom, broke its air conditioners and sent me onto the roof to retrieve the electricity. In the end it summoned an army of cockroaches and kept half our deposit. We moved to the Palm — grateful, but exhausted.
Not long ago Daria Alexandrovna slept in a pram among the Marina skyscrapers, travelled in my arms and learned the pool under her brothers’ watch. By 8 July, the baby had given way to a young lady with a book, a bow and opinions of her own.
Over the past few months, I’ve been participating in design sprints with Fundmates, a US startup that raises funds for YouTube creators
I designed an MVP service for YouTube creators that allows them to sell the future income of a specific video for a fixed amount — quickly, transparently and without credits
I was on the creative team for The Driven Podcast, a YouTube series about entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals who are pushing the boundaries of their industries. My task was to develop the visual identity and digital presence of the podcast

Today I tried Brazilian jiu-jitsu for the first time at Roger Gracie Academy in Al Barsha. My kids have trained for three years, and I only now stepped onto the mat myself. The first session was tough. This weekend we are going with the kids to a competition in Fujairah

For almost two years, several evenings a week, Ira traded home life for the lecture rooms of Middlesex University Dubai. Now that long route has ended with a Master of Laws diploma — and another point on our map of Dubai
Designed a stack of materials for LETOILE — the Beauty Weekend event held at Manar Mall. The brief: bright, festive, instantly eye-catching in feed. The result: an Instagram carousel mixing beauty props, 3D characters, and a lot of popcorn
The other day I completed the first draft of the “Cognitive Strategies” website for my project, which I am doing together with my partner Ilya

In two hours at a Dubai café, Anna — my secret business adviser — and I went from an idea to a B2B product: ChatGPT shaped the industry logic and data, Codex built the web service, and Cloudflare took it to production.

The oracle of the new age does not predict the future — he assembles it from branches and versions. Before him is not a crystal ball, but Git: commit fixes a choice, push sends it into the world. Code becomes a language of will, memory, and reality
I walked beside the water through a city that knew the price of every square foot, but not what makes a person human. Memory kept changing, the body kept rebuilding itself, the machine was learning silence—and it was no longer clear which of us was merely the continuation of the other.
My day no longer splits into morning, noon, and evening. It splits into sessions. Codex, Claude, Cursor, and the kitchen-table oracle — four invisible hands I route my attention between. The next profession may not be developer or designer. It may be AI dispatcher
My 2025th in Framer: in the top 1% of world creators! That’s 191 hours, 2908 posts, thousands of layouts and 17,600+ visitors to my best site. It was big, loud and very productive. A full analysis of my statistics is in the carousel! 🔥
Made the first version of a business card website for A&F Advertisement — an outdoor advertising agency in Dubai
The prototype was first assembled in Figma, but then rebuilt in Webflow
Everything is fine!
I made such a fast website for my cafe or coffee shop or cafeteria with the ability to order online
Bekki came to us as a reward for Alexander Jr’s jiu-jitsu victory, but quickly became something bigger: a friend to all three children, a guide through our move, and our little shepherd who now walks with me to Project 80 every morning
On December 2nd, my family and I took a trip to the desert to visit the Hidden Cafe in Dubai. This day was like a little adventure: the road to the cafe passed through endless sand dunes that seemed to shine under the rays of the winter sun
“In the endless winter, the bracelets wrapped around the wrists…” Beyond the Barguzinsky tract, time froze in “zero transportation.” Confession of a watchman of an abandoned dacha, where reality disintegrates along the lines of Malevich, and only the warmth of freshly chopped firewood can save

Since July 2026, I have been working as a real estate consultant at Nevsky Realty. How a product designer came to Dubai real estate, why finding the right agency became a professional journey of its own, and what comes next on nevsky.ae.
For the great team at EpicWeb3, I built the entire website in Webflow. The design was created by another designer, while my role focused on implementing the layout and improving certain aspects of the UI
