What I really like about brands like this is that they have their own inner geography. With Les Benjamins, you feel it instantly: Istanbul, the East, sport, street culture, architecture, a bit of empire, a bit of rave, a bit of old memory. It may look like a sweatshirt or a T-shirt, but there is always another layer underneath — a city, a rhythm, a mood.

For me, clothes are not really about “fashionable” or “not fashionable” anymore. I care much more about character. Anyone can make something expensive. Many can make something beautiful. But making something with a voice — that’s rare. Les Benjamins has that voice. It doesn’t scream, but you recognize it.

At some point you realize that clothing is also an interface. Not a digital one, but a human one. It shows how you feel, what kind of world you connect with, and what soundtrack is playing inside you today. And today, apparently, my soundtrack is Les Benjamins again. 🖤
